Documentary Production – Water Survey in Drake, Osa Peninsula

This documentary captures the process and findings of our community-centered water survey conducted in the district of Drake, located in the Osa Peninsula, Puntarenas, Costa Rica. Developed by Mandarina Labs, the production explores the relationship between local communities and their water sources, highlighting the environmental, social, and health implications of water access, quality, and management.

Through a blend of scientific research, visual storytelling, and interviews with residents, the documentary reveals the challenges and opportunities faced in this biodiverse yet underserved region. It offers a platform for local voices, promotes awareness of sustainable water use, and documents how data-driven research can empower communities and inform better decision-making. This project reflects our commitment to bridging science, community, and environmental justice.
